Course Outline

This qualification allows staff already employed as, or recruited to the role of Sous Chef to undertake a range of mandatory in food safety, team working and safer working or optional qualifications covering elements such as basic meat, poultry and vegetable dishes, hot sauces, rice, pulse and grain dishes as well as pasta and pastry preparation.
Learners also complete a unit of Rights and Responsibilities of being employed within Hospitality.
