Course Outline

As well as studying mandatory units on food safety, hygiene and safe practice, the qualification also contains a number of optional units for staff to choose from in areas such as preparing and cooking food to meet the requirements of allergy sufferers, kitchen documentation, rice, pulse and grain dishes, producing pastry dishes and preparing healthier dishes.
